WILLIAM HAYES NOEL

Will is a Managing Partner at Elkhorn Group, a boutique real estate investment firm that specializes in exceptional investment property. At Elkhorn, Will leads operations and corporate strategy, carrying out acquisitions, capital formation, and portfolio management. Over the decades at Elkhorn, he has rebuilt ten manufactured housing communities, totaling $27M in value.

Prior to Elkhorn, Will worked as a developer in residential real estate and was a partner at Pacific Biofuel, a renewable energy company.

Will received his Bachelors Degree in Business from Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, Virginia.

BRYNN LEE CHANDLER NOEL

Brynn is a Founder at Elkhorn Group and leads tax strategy and acquisitions. Brynn has a track record of recruiting, managing, and developing site managers that exceed goals and remain with the company for the life of the investment. She is an excellent communicator with over a decade of experience growing business-to-business relationships at the executive level within Fortune 500 companies.

Brynn had her real estate license when she was 16 years old. From there she earned her Bachelors Degree in Business from Washington and Lee University, in Lexington, VA. and her Masters in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin, TX.
